Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of brandy, 1/2 oz of sweet vermouth, and 1/4 oz of absinthe.
Step 3.
- Add a dash of orange bitters to the mixture.
Step 4.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled.
Step 5.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
