Step 1.
- Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice.
Step 2.
- Dry shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Step 3.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
