Instructions
Step 1.
- Brew a cup of strong coffee.
Step 2.
- In a separate heatproof glass, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar to the hot coffee and stir until dissolved.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1.5 ounces of Irish whiskey and stir again.
Step 4.
- Top the mixture with a thick layer of lightly whipped cream, pouring it over the back of a spoon so it floats above the coffee.
