Italian Margarita
A twist on the classic margarita featuring a blend of tequila and Italian liqueurs for a refreshing, herbal finish.
Instructions
- Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a lemon wedge and dip it into coarse salt to coat the rim.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 1 oz of Amaretto, and 0.5 oz of Limoncello.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of basil.
