Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of brandy, 1/2 oz of orgeat syrup, and 1 dash of Angostura bitters.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the coupe glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
