Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until well combined and creamy.
- Slowly add the milk, cream, and Kahlua, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites to soft peaks.
- Fold the whipped egg whites gently into the eggnog mixture to add lightness.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
- Pour the chilled eggnog into hurricane glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of grated nutmeg.
