Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz Kahlua, 1 oz chocolate syrup, and 4 oz milk.
- Shake well until the ingredients are mixed and chilled.
- Pour the mixture over the ice in the highball glass.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and a coffee bean on top.
