Layered Irish Coffee
A visually striking dessert coffee cocktail featuring layers of rich coffee and cream, perfect for a cozy evening or after-dinner treat.
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of hot coffee.
- In a separate glass, combine the Irish whiskey and brown sugar; stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the brewed coffee into the glass with whiskey and sugar. Stir gently to mix.
- Carefully layer the heavy cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon, creating a distinct layer.
- Garnish with a few coffee beans on the cream to finish.
