History

The Mai Tai was first created in the 1940s and has since evolved into a popular tropical cocktail, often modified with various fruit juices and spices.

Instructions

Step 1.
- In a large punch bowl, combine the light rum, dark rum, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup.
Step 2.
- Add fresh lime juice and orange juice to the mixture.
Step 3.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Step 4.
- Fill the punch bowl with ice cubes.
Step 5.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices before serving.
Step 6.
- Serve with a ladle into individual glasses filled with ice.

100 ml Orange Curaçao
100 ml Orgeat syrup
150 ml Fresh Lime Juice
250 ml Fresh orange juice
