Instructions

Step 1.
- In a bowl, combine 2 cups of whole milk and 1 cup of cream with 3/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

- Whisk in 1 cup of bourbon until fully incorporated.
Step 3.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon to the mixture.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any solids and ensure smoothness.
