A smooth and rich cocktail that combines milk, sweet spices, and whiskey for a comforting, frothy drink.

Instructions

- In a bowl, combine 2 cups of whole milk and 1 cup of cream with 3/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Whisk in 1 cup of bourbon until fully incorporated.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon to the mixture.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any solids and ensure smoothness.
- Place the resulting liquid in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to allow for clarification.
- Once clarified, carefully pour the liquid into a new container, leaving behind any sediment that has settled at the bottom.
- Shake the clarified milk punch with ice and strain into a chilled coupé glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and serve.
