Instructions

Step 1.
- Muddle fresh mint leaves with sugar in the bottom of a Julep cup.
Step 2.
- Fill the cup with crushed ice.
Step 3.
- Pour the bourbon over the ice.
Step 4.
- Stir gently to combine and chill the drink.
Step 5.
- Top with more crushed ice, creating a small mound on top.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
