Montreal Cocktail (Sherry Spec)
A unique cocktail blending the complex flavors of sherry with aromatic bitters, creating a refreshing and sophisticated drink.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice and cold water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of sherry, 1/2 oz of orange liqueur, and 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
