Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Slowly pour red wine over the back of a spoon to create a float on top of the cocktail.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.
