Oaxaca Old Fashioned
A smoky twist on the classic Old Fashioned, using mezcal along with whiskey for a unique flavor profile.
Instructions
- Pour the mezcal and bourbon into an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add the agave syrup and two dashes of mole bitters.
- Add a large ice cube and stir gently until well chilled.
- Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
