Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of rye whiskey, 1 ounce of Oloroso sherry, and 1 dash of Angostura bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve.
