Pear Martini
A refreshing and elegant cocktail that combines the sweetness of pear with the smoothness of vodka, perfect for any occasion.
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2 ounces of vodka and 1 ounce of pear puree.
- Add 0.5 ounces of fresh lemon juice and 0.5 ounces of simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a fresh slice of pear on the rim.
