Instructions

Step 1.
- In a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves with sugar and lime juice to release the mint oils.
Step 2.
- Add fresh pineapple chunks and muddle gently to release the juice without fully breaking them down.
Step 3.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the white rum.
Step 4.
