Instructions
- In a saucepan, gently heat the milk over low heat until warm but not boiling.
- Add the ale and stir to combine, allowing the mixture to warm up.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and spices (nutmeg and cinnamon).
- Gradually add the sugar-spice mixture to the warmed milk and ale, stirring continuously until dissolved.
- Pour into a mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
