Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of rye whiskey and 1 ounce of Ramazzotti Amaro.
Step 3.
- Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
Step 4.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Dump the ice from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
