Instructions
- Chill a Champagne flute in the freezer or with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled Champagne flute.
- Top off with 3 oz of chilled Champagne or sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel. Serve immediately.
