A tropical delight that captures the essence of a sun-soaked beach, blending sweet and sour notes with a refreshing finish.
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 ounces of light rum, 1 ounce of coconut cream, 1 ounce of pineapple juice, and 1 ounce of lime juice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
