Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of light rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, and 1 oz of pineapple juice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a slice of pineapple.
