A refreshing cocktail that combines the classic mint julep with rum for a tropical twist.

Instructions

- Muddle the mint leaves gently in the bottom of a julep cup to release their oils.
- Add the rum and simple syrup to the cup.
- Fill the cup with crushed ice, and stir gently until the cup is frosted.
- Top off with more crushed ice to form a dome-like shape.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

2 oz White rum
10 leaves Mint leaves
0.5 oz Simple syrup
1 cup Crushed ice
1 sprig Mint Sprig
