Instructions
- Muddle fresh mint leaves at the bottom of a shaker to release their oils.
- Add 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of lime juice, and 1 oz of mango puree to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off with club soda and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a slice of mango and a sprig of fresh mint.
