Instructions
- In a rocks glass, muddle a sugar cube (or 1/2 teaspoon of molasses) with a few dashes of bitters.
- Add a splash of water to dissolve the sugar or molasses.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in 2 ounces of aged rum.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with an orange twist and a cherry.
