Step 1.
- Place a sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass.
Step 2.
- Saturate the sugar cube with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Step 3.
- Muddle the sugar and bitters together until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 4.
- Add 2 ounces of aged rum to the glass.
Step 5.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently to combine.
Step 6.
- Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
