Rum Old Fashioned
A tropical twist on the classic Old Fashioned cocktail, using rum instead of whiskey for a sweeter, fruitier profile.
Instructions
- In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle one sugar cube with a couple of dashes of aromatic bitters and a few drops of water.
- Add a large ice cube to the glass.
- Pour in 2 oz of aged rum over the ice.
- Stir gently to combine the flavors.
- Express the oils of an orange twist over the drink, then add it as a garnish.
