Instructions
- Muddle the fresh rosemary leaves and lemon wedges in an Old Fashioned glass to release the oils and juice.
- Add the sugar and a splash of soda water, then mix until the sugar dissolves.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the rum over the top.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a lemon slice.
