Step 3.
- Add 1/2 ounce of simple syrup to balance the tartness of the lime.
Step 4.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber on the rim.
