Instructions
- Brew a cup of green tea and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of sake and 1 ounce of cooled green tea.
- Add 1 ounce of honey syrup (1:1 honey and water) for sweetness.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
