Instructions
- Brew a cup of jasmine tea and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of sake, 1 oz of cooled jasmine tea, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with jasmine flowers or a twist of lemon.
