Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 60 ml of sake, 30 ml of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Step 3.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled, about 20-30 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Express the oils from a twist of lemon peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
