Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 3 oz of sake and 1 oz of dry vermouth.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake gently to chill the mixture.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled martini glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
