Sake Martini Coconut
A delightful twist on the classic martini, combining the smoothness of sake with tropical coconut flavor, perfect for summer evenings.
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 ounces of sake, 1 ounce of coconut cream, and 0.5 ounces of dry vermouth.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled martini glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes and a twist of lime.
