Step 1.
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, add sake and dry vermouth.
Step 3.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker.
Step 4.
- Shake gently until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Empty the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 6.
- Using a vegetable peeler, create a long ribbon of cucumber and place it in the glass as a garnish.
