Step 1.
- Chill a martini glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of sake, 1/2 oz of dry vermouth, and 1/4 oz of lavender syrup.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake gently for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
