Step 1.
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, add 3 oz of sake, 1 oz of dry vermouth, and ice.
Step 3.
- Shake gently until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the martini glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
