Step 1.
- Chill the martini glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 3 oz of sake, 1 oz of mango puree, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the martini glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh mango on the rim.
