Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and letting it sit.
- In a shaker, add 3 oz of sake and 0.5 oz of dry vermouth.
- Add 0.5 tsp of matcha powder to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to combine and chill the ingredients.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled martini glass.
- Strain the mixed ingredients into the chilled glass.
- Dust a light layer of matcha powder on top for garnish.
