Step 1.

Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of sake with 1 oz of pear liqueur and 0.5 oz of dry vermouth.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake gently for 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a thin slice of pear on the rim.
