Instructions
- Chill the martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of sake, 1 ounce of pineapple juice, and 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
