Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice and water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of sake and 0.5 ounces of dry vermouth.
- Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled.
- Discard the ice and water from the martini glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a twist of yuzu peel.
