Step 1.
- Chill the coupe glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 3 oz of sake, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz of apple syrup.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a thin apple slice and a cherry on top.
