Instructions
- In a shaker, add fresh blueberries and muddle them to release their juices.
- Add sake, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass to remove berry pulp.
- Garnish with a few whole blueberries and a twist of lemon peel on the rim.
