Instructions
- Chill the cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of sake, 1 ounce of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, and 1 ounce of simple syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
