Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of sake, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, and 1 ounce of lychee syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lychee fruit on a skewer.
