Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of Scotch whisky.
- Pour in 1 oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
- Add 0.75 oz of simple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference).
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
