Scotch Islay Rob Roy
A smoky twist on the classic Rob Roy, featuring the rich flavors of Islay Scotch whisky complemented by sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Islay Scotch, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
