Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of scotch and 1 oz of pear puree to the shaker.
- Squeeze in 3/4 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add 1/2 oz of simple syrup (adjust to taste).
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a thin slice of pear on the rim.
