Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of Scotch whisky, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 1 ounce of dry vermouth.
- Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water out of the coupe glass.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twisted lemon peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on the rim.
